These Terms of Service govern the use of the SRFV Games platform. By creating an account, accessing, or using the services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
1. Account and access
You are responsible for the information provided during registration and for the security of your account, including password and devices used. Sharing credentials or attempting to access third-party accounts without authorization is prohibited.
2. User conduct
Use of the platform must comply with applicable laws and community rules. Illegal, offensive, discriminatory, malicious, fraudulent content or content that violates third-party rights is not allowed.
3. Content and intellectual property
You remain responsible for the content you submit. By posting content on the platform, you represent that you have the necessary rights. Content that violates copyright or platform rules may be removed without prior notice.
4. Privacy and LGPD
Personal data is processed for account operation, authentication, and platform security, in compliance with LGPD (Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018). You may request updates, corrections, or deletion of personal data through the project's official support channels.
5. Suspension and termination
An account may be suspended or terminated in case of violation of these terms, abusive use, fraud attempts, vulnerability exploitation, or any conduct that compromises platform security and integrity.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and security, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete absence of failures.
7. Terms updates
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect improvements, legal requirements, and security measures. Continued use of the platform after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
